Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for company products; resolve technical issues and deliver technical assistance.
2. Propose new product ideas and assist in designing new products.
3. Attend meetings and trade shows, and set up demonstrations.

Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of optics, mechanics, and electronics.
2. Hands-on experience in optical assembly and familiarity with various photonic components.
3. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
4. Strong learning ability, logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.

Sales Engineer
