EUV Camera

Basic Introduction
An Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) camera is a specialized imaging device designed to capture light in the EUV wavelength range, approximately 10–121 nanometers. Due to the extremely short wavelengths and high photon energies in this band, such light cannot be imaged using conventional cameras or lenses.
